Principle
The traditional filter type purifier is non-economical because you should discard filter and replace with a new one when it is clogged and because it cannot remove water and carbon. The ISP-type Purifier removes sludge (1st filter) and water (2nd filter), promoting the efficiency of the engine and reducing oil and maintenance cost because it's possible to clean and re-use.
